She specializes in residential, new construction, and land sales and she also is a full service broker for buyers. She has operated her own business as well as been affiliated with other real estate agencies.

Currently, in addition to taking care of her own clients, Dawn also trains and mentors  new agents and does real estate business coaching. She strongly identifies with the coach/consultant role and uses it to help her clients as well. She comes to real estate after a former 14 year career as a paralegal. She has also had multiple jobs in office settings providing services perceived as the glue holding the organizations together. Ashley sees herself as a collaborator, as a hard worker, and as being open minded. Canon City is her hometown which gives her an insightful perspective when sharing it with clients.

She has traveled extensively. In particular, she frequently visits her three adult daughters and granddaughter in the Gunnison Valley. Ashley has a degree in History. He has worked as a case manager/advocate for adults with disabilities, a probation officer, a school counselor, football coach, and, since 2014, a real estate agent focusing on residential, land, and commercial sales.

As a buyer’s agent, Nick enjoys making successful matches, one reason why he has been a top volume producer in residential sales.

As a dad of four daughters, Nick is busy attending their activities but he also finds time to run on the Riverwalk and participate in outdoor sports such as biking and golf and also to serve on local non-profit boards. Della Rieger was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and made her way to her beloved Canon City, Colorado about 15 years ago. Her early life consisted of life on a farm, participation in Color Guard for the Drum Core starting at the age of 6, and eventually became a Nurse. As an Intensive Care Unit nurse at a teaching hospital in Canada, Della met her husband. When they decided to move back to the U.S., their shared love of small towns brought them first to McPherson, Kansas, then eventually to Canon City, where they raised their three sons.

After 5 years as the school nurse at Canon Exploratory School, and soon to be an empty nester, Della decided to pursue a career in Real Estate. Lisa Beicker has called Canon City her home since she was 12 years old, and to her, this community truly is home. She has been married to Charles for 30 years and together they raised their two amazing sons, Tristen and Ashton, here, too. As a young adult, Lisa worked in advertising for the Daily Record newspaper, then moved into television advertising for Comcast, where she worked for eight years. During that time frame, and with a young growing family, Lisa looked for a career that would launch her beyond the corporate world and allow her some flexibility. That was Arbonne, and she’s been with the company for 23 years! Whether it’s in advertising, marketing or sales, Lisa is driven by the desire, first and foremost, to help people achieve their personal goals.

An overarching sentiment when talking to Lisa is that she feels extraordinarily blessed in her personal and business life. This is most likely because she has shown the way for so many. Lisa worked with Loaves & Fishes in the “Restoring Hope” program for transitioning homeless people to self-sufficiency; worked as a team member with well-known author/speaker/preacher John Maxwell to help folks become trainers, speakers and coaches; and had the privilege to be the executive pastor at The Vineyard (now called River City Vineyard.)

Christy Brooks joined the Cañon City community in late 2023 after spending most of her life in Utah.
